Our scenic property offers flexible rental packages designed to fit your needs, whether planning a cozy gathering or a large celebration. With customizable options, pet-friendly policies, and room for up to 300 guests, you can create a truly memorable experience tailored to your vision.

Weekend Rental Pricing

(Friday 11am - Sunday 11am)

 Up to 85 People: $1,500.00

  • Includes Tables/Chairs for 85 people

Up to 150 People : $2,000.00

  • Includes One 20'x30' Party Tent With Sides.

  • Tables/Chairs for 150 People

Over 150 People: Starts at $2,500.00

  • Includes Tables/Chairs for up to 150 People.

  • Customer Must Arrange Additional Seating and Tents Through an Outside Vendor.

 

Hourly Rental Pricing

(Sunday - Thursday)

​*When weekends aren’t booked, we may be able to accommodate shorter rentals or special requests*

Up to 85 People: $65.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)

  • Includes Tables/Chairs for 85 People

Up to 150 People: $100.00 per hour (5 hour minimum)

  • ​Includes One 20'x30' Party Tent with Sides.

  • Tables/Chairs for 150 People

Over 150 People: Starts at $150.00 per hour (5 hour minimum)

  • Includes Tables/Chairs for 150 People

  • Customer Must Arrange Additional Seating and Tents Through Outside Vendor.

Additional Available Amenities

  • The Cabin/Bridal Suite - Sleeps 4, With Electric, Heat, A/C and Fridge- $200

  • Extended Weekend hours to 3pm on Sunday- $300​

  • Firewood Available For Purchase​​​​​

  • Table Linens (black and/or White - $5 each

* Set-up, decorating, and clean-up is not included and is the renter's responsibility.

Booking & Payment Terms​

  • Refundable Security Deposit of 25% Added to All Bookings.

  • Security Deposit Required to Reserve a Date.

  • Payment/Cancellation Details are Listed in Rental Agreement.

Insurance Requirements

  • Proof of Liability Insurance if Alcohol Will Be At Your Event.

Seasonal Availability

  • Rental Only Available From May-October

  • Early Booking Recommended For Summer/Fall Weekends
